New in 2024, the MCA Safety Committee is working to proactively address safety within the workplace from both operational training and idea sharing as well as mental health across the employee spectrum to be a preventative measure. Workshops and trainings are offered, and awards will be given. It is comprised of a cross-section of MCA members and OSHA.

The division meets quarterly, or on an as-needed basis. The committee is led by MCA Training Director, Craig Crawford.
