CLC Mission
The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) was established to fulfill the need to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the construction industry. The CLC acts as a conduit for participants to network, exchange ideas about work and the industry, serve local communities and continue education, which includes both professional development and leadership skills.

What We Do
From learning seminars to networking events, the MCA’s CLC provides opportunities for its members to develop their leadership potential within their companies and the industry. Seminars have included topics such as understanding business financials, learning how to lead, communicating across generations, overcoming stress and burnout, and adapting to changing economic climates.
In turn, the CLC hosts an annual cornhole tournament at the MCA Summer Outing each year, where members get a chance to unwind and connect with peers.
